What's covered
All one-time purchases — Money Path Verdict (€14.99), Verdict + 30-Day Plan (€29.99), and Human Reviewed Verdict (€99) — are refundable within 7 days of payment.
How the window works
The clock starts the moment your payment completes. You can request a refund any time before day 14 — directly from your dashboard. No emails, no forms, no waiting.
One exception — Human Review
The Human Reviewed Verdict (€99) is refundable only before the operator begins your review. Once review work has started, the tier is non-refundable — the work has been delivered. Your dashboard will show the current review status at all times.
How to request a refund
- Sign in and open your dashboard.
- Go to Settings → Purchase.
- Click Request a refund and tell us why in one line.
- We process it within 3 business days. You'll see the refund on the original payment method.
